Krank'd Productions Pty Ltd respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we look after it.

What we collect

We collect contact details (name, email, phone) and event details when you submit an enquiry through the website or contact us directly.

We use analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate. Cloudflare Web Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are cookieless: they do not store cookies or persistent identifiers on your device, and do not track you across other websites. We also use Google Analytics, which stores a small number of first-party cookies (such as "_ga") on your device so we can count visits and see which pages are useful. These cookies identify your browser to Google Analytics only, contain no personal details, and are not used for advertising. To understand a single visit (which source brought you here and the path you took through the site), we also keep a temporary, random session identifier and basic referral information in your browser's session storage; it contains no personal information, is cleared when you close the tab, and is never used to recognise you on a later visit or on other websites. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Patch Studio accounts

The DMX Patch Studio works with no account at all, and by default everything you build stays in your own browser and never reaches us. If you choose to sign in so your shows follow you to another device, we store two things: the email address you gave us, and a copy of the show library you build in the tool (fixture names, channel counts, positions and DMX addresses). There is no password. We email you a six-digit code that works once and expires after 15 minutes, and we keep only an irreversible fingerprint of that code, never the code itself. Signing in sets one cookie so the browser stays signed in; it is used for nothing else and never for advertising or tracking between sites.

You can delete your account, your address and our copy of your shows at any time from inside the tool: open the show menu, choose your account, then "Delete my account and data". It happens immediately and needs no email to us. The shows on your own device are not touched by that, and you can sign out of every device from the same place. We do not sell, share or mine anything held for a Patch Studio account, and we do not use it to contact you about anything other than signing in.

How we use it

Information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, deliver services you've booked, and improve the website. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
