About the Global F34 Black – 6 Way Cube Corner

The Global F34 Black 6 Way Cube Corner (ST-UJB-12-MTE/BLK Universal Junction Block) is the most capable connector in the matt-black F34 system, enabling truss segments to join at all six faces of a single cubic block. This allows the construction of three-dimensional black-finish truss structures – including box grids, towers with lateral bracing, and multi-directional overhead rigs – from a single, compact junction point that disappears against dark backdrops.

Each face of the block accepts a standard F34 segment (silver or black) via M12 bolt and conical coupler. Two sets of connecting hardware are included. A 10mm hex key is the only tool required for assembly and disassembly, making it quick to rig and strike in live event environments.

The Global F34 matt-black square truss system is the same TUV-approved 4-point box truss as the silver F34 line, finished in a hard-wearing matt-black powder coat. It’s the rig of choice when the truss itself needs to disappear into a black-box theatre, a corporate stage with dark drape, or a music video set where reflective aluminium would steal the shot.

Why the F34 Black?

Identical EN-AW 6082 T6 structural specification to the silver F34: same load ratings, same connector geometry, same 290mm section. The matt-black powder coat is durable enough for the touring circuit and resists fingerprinting and scuffing better than gloss finishes. Mix-and-match with silver F34 segments via the standard conical coupler if your rig calls for it, but most clients hire the black exclusively when the visual brief is “no visible structure”.

Safety & Certification

Designed and tested to comply with EN 13814 (European standard for fairground and amusement structures). Manufactured under ISO 9001-certified quality management. The powder-coat process does not affect the structural rating of the underlying aluminium, so black F34 is rated identically to silver F34.

Compatibility

Fully interoperable with the rest of the F34 system (silver and black). The 290mm profile is compatible with industry-standard clamps, coupler plates, motor attachments, and rigging hardware.
